Intellectual. Spiritual. Emotional. Environmental. Social. Occupational. Physical. These are the seven pillars of health that make up Winona State University’s holistic definition of health wellness. This blog addresses these pillars through a variety of subjects from eating healthfully and learning yoga, to building self-confidence and practicing meditation. Our student bloggers tackle topics on living well as a student but their information, motivation and advice still applies when students eventually leave WSU behind.
